I attempted to buy a relatively inexpensive laser pointer from them using my credit card. I thought it was a legit site and did not research prior to providing my information (lesson learned). After my transaction went through I received an email in poorly written english that in order for them to complete my transaction I had to pay additional shipping charges that were almost the cost of the order. I declined and now am watching my credit card for the original charge and any further charges. It also now makes sense to me that all the ratings on all their lasers are 5 star.

The product does not meet any of what it was advertise it would. Repeated attempts where made to return product with no reply.

Don't be fooled by the flashy website and apparent huge savings!. My order for a 10 W laser pointer ($121) was substituted with a 0.7 W laser "flashlight" that would not focus to a dot at 25 meters or beyond. The whole point of getting a laser is to get a narrow focused beam at a distance. The product is totally useless for my intended use as an astronomical pointer. In fact, my cheap ($10) laser pen does a better job!

Customer support goes dark if you ask too many questions.
