Online purchase scam! I sold iPhone on E-bay to real buyer Andrei ***,8171 Hunter Hill Ct, *** *** ** ***-**-***,US, after get a payment from real buyer, so I got email with asking me to change the shipping delivery address; Iasha ***, 8 McCullough Dr #U1***7, New Castle, DE, ***-**-*** (see attached files), I was sure it is email from real buyer and iPhone was shipped right away from address: 20H Miriam street, Key West, Fl, 33040(it is my sons Alex Lane address and iPhone was there on the sale moment). When real buyer told so he did not get iPhone, I did start ASAP call to Police department at New Castle,DE and asked help so Police officer explain to me so i got Scam email!!! Then I start to call to local Post Office ###-###-#### at New Castle DE and asked them to stop delivery package to wrong address. I was talking with a few people on Post Office, the lady gave me email address [email protected], and advised me to explain what bad happened, and she promised to stop delivery and return package to sender!! I provided all information to those email but when I did check tracking number yesterday and see that package still was delivered to wrong scammer address!!!! The Scammer never sent me payment for iPhone! He was using me!!! And signature was made absolutely with different name: Z. Zuhashvili. Tracking number is: 9410 8096 *** *** *** **. So Post Office did not help me at all! I refunded money to real E-bay buyer $869.00 , but I did not get my item back!!! So poor job of Post Office! I ask you help me to find my package with iPhone and ship to sender address( you can see it on the box on shipping label:Alex Lane, 20H Miriam street, Key West, Fl, 33040. I was so upset with so poor job of New Castle Post office, they are ignored my ask for help and never was willing to help me. I lost money and I lost very expensive item.!!! I made too many calls to Post Office New Castle the last week! I got a lot of stress. I went to doctor I am very sick now. If you need more information from me just email to me so I will provide it.
