Ordered a blanket in feb and in April got sent a cheap sheet emailed for a refund and have heard nothing from anyone

Rug never received, no refund

I ordered a large rug from this company on January 15th and never received a tracking number or the rug. I have emailed many times and initially they responded with things like, we are backed up, you will receive your tracking number/rug soon, but nothing ever came. I will not order from this company ever again.

I have never seen such poor customer service. I ordered a autism fleece blanket for my grandsons birthday on Jan 24, and here we are March 9 and I have yet to receive it. Multiple emails and no response.

Well here I am March 9 and still no tracking number. I sent another email on March 5 and until today no response. How busy are you really after the holidays? Bunch of BS! They should be out out of business! BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM LASSICO

Lassico"rugs" are garbage

I bought one 4x6 "rug" and it does say the colors may very a little due to lighting. Well, the colors work extremely off with a added white border not described. These " rugs" are like pads. Calling them mats is a step up. I will never buy anything from them again. Im attempting to get a refund but losing the battle with lassico.

Lassico cheap mats scammers

I purchased 4 rugs from this company. They were advertised as yarn threaded rugs. When the item arrived from Shanghai China, they were cheap mats with a screen print on fabric with a thin white with red discolored border. I was under the assumption this company was based out of California. What they shipped was nowhere near what they advertised. No yard threaded rugs were sent. I contacted the company and they refuse to admit their shipped items are different than their website even when pictures were sent to show a comparison. They will not return or refund these cheap mats. This company is a joke. I have contacted my credit card company. Do not do business with them. I tried to give this Lassico a chance to take the high road before leaving this review and they refuse to awknowlege any wrong doing and refuse a refund or return.

Lassico selling products that are not as described. Sold me an area rug that is a blanket. There is no way this could be used as an area rug. I notified lassico support by email for a full refund 2 days after product arrived and I am still trying to get a refund and the address to send the product back. The emails appear like someone who has little English skills and wants to negotiate on a refund. I have sent multiple emails and still he is trying to negotiate. I would not use Lissco ever again
