Received a sweatshirt with no personalized embroidery like I paid for. What came in the mail was a plain green sweatshirt, and wrinkled photograph. I purchased the sweatshirt on their website, latiify.com, after seeing a TikTok video about it. Now in the comments section in one of their videos you can see all the other people who have been scammed leave comments about receiving a plain sweatshirt instead of the one they paid for.

There are 2 names on the package I received: Yan Jiawei, and Alejandro Ruiz, from Carson, CA.

The website looks legit, with a lot of examples of personalized embroidered shirts and l sweatshirts for past “customers”. There were a ton of positive fake reviews on their TikTok videos (which they have now disabled all comments on almost all of their videos).
