I had placed an order through their website on February 9th, 23. I reached out to her multiple times to see where my package was and every time there was an excuse. I asked for my money back and she stated that there are no refunds. It is now March 2nd and I have yet to receive my package or money. I have explained to her multiple times that I do not want the items anymore all I want is my refund and she said she can not refund my full amount. I also have proof and screenshots of all of this. We have been contacting each other through social media. There are also multiple girls that have come to me and said that they have also been scammed by this business. They have not received their items nor have they received their refunds and they also have proof of that.
