I found the website online to adopt a Samoyed puppy for my daughter. I made contact with them via website then received an email from them where the communication was initiated. At first, they were very professional, but requested a deposit to hold the puppy, which I understood. I sent them the deposit via Zelle to a Marcus Williams with email address [email protected]. I was sent the contract the following business day which reading the contract something didn’t make sense. I responded to their email and explained to them we have decided not to go forward with the puppy and requested a refund. It has been a week now since the request and they have not refunded me. I have contacted my bank and because a Zelle payment was made I cannot dispute the amount.
