I bought 2 bras from these guys . It took 8 months to get it and once I got it it was the farthest thing from the ad I’ve ever seen .. I usually wear a 2 Xl and I ordered a 2xl and it was unwearable… my friend who is a small tried to wear it and the arm straps are too short even on the longest setting …. DO NOT SPEND 1$ Of your hard earned money on this knock off crap, they were made knowing the product was going to be a failure … definitely the worst thing I’ve bought in awhile . I’m going to have a fire and throw this crap on the fire . Even the fire wouldn’t want it .. the photos aren’t loading of my friend trying to wear this crap . It’s hilarious. LAVENDER KOALA give us our money back you small dicked [censored] heads .

Purchased serum as the ingredients looked good and of course I was a bit dazzled by the 'changed my life' 4 and 5 star reviews. Purchased with a cautious optimism however still tremendously disappointed when product received and it was rose scented water (very expensive water as well). I complained and had a reply of sorry but product info on the website (which is no longer active just the shopify generic page) and strangely the Facebook page is still there but the links are removed.
I would say if you haven't received your item -try to get money back from PayPal asap. If you are like me, I commiserate ? and will be trying to chalk it up as a bad experience to learn from

I ordered two hair depilatory products that were 'all natural'. One was meant to be an oil, but came in a bottle as a cream emulsion with no instructions. The second was meant to be a spray foam. It came in a pump action bottle that dispenses a liquid that smells exactly like Veet/Nair- definitely not the description provided. I gave both a 1 star review for false advertising and a waste of money. Over a week later they very conveniently don't reflect my rating, only the '4 & 5 star' ratings.

I ordered a product from Lavender Koala on May 14th. I have yet to receive my product as of today, August 7th, 2020. I have emailed Lavender Koala many times and I still get the same email saying it’s still enroute. After looking on Lavender Koala on Facebook, many people have the same complaint as myself. Please help
