I had made a purchase on the Lavoo Tobacco website but unfortunately, the products did not arrive. I waited for 18 days before I tried to contact the company through email and phone, but received no response. Frustrated, I searched online for reviews and found that other customers had a similar experience. It appears that the company may offer a partial refund, but would keep the delivery fee and tips, even though the order was never shipped.
