Male with an East Coast accent (kind of sounded like a Boston accent but without the nasality) used or spoofed a number with the Hawai'i area code to claim he was a part of a state law enforcement fundraiser. I asked about if they have a mail in form as I will not be giving my financial information over the phone. He said yes, but then continued to ask how much money I would be donating today. I clarified that I would write that amount in once I get the form in my mailbox. Male continued with asking how much I would be contributing today and that the popular amounts are between $30-35. Did not listen or acknowledge when I again said he can mail me a form and I would fill it out rather than give out my bank and card information over the phone to a call center. Caller went silent for a few minutes in which I could hear the call center around him. I hung up after he stopped responding to me.

A man asked if I was (my first and last name) and I said "Yes." He explained the charity and would I like to make a donation? I said, "No." Then he asked for a small and specific donation, I said, "No, thank you." Then he mentioned the law enforcement charity he represented. I said something like, "Thank you. Bye!"
