They agreed to lay pine straw around my mothers house for $375, then upon completion changed it to $1300 and said we have no way to prove how many bales they used. A neighbor also witnessed them taking pine straw strings from another job and adding them to the pile in front of my house. Last year a company laid 30 bales and it completed almost the exact same area this company did, but they charged us for over 400 bales. This has been done to a few of our neighbors as well apparently.
