They called me because my mom technically owns my cell number but in the end they confirmed my moms DOB, ADDRESS AND LAST 4 OF SSN. We didn't provide more information, we just heard everything they were saying and taking notes. The person that spoke spanish was Linda but David was the one to leave me a voicemail with another phone number to call which is 949-449-8144. They stated that HSBC is suing my mom for a MASTERCARD - CC, was left unpaid since 2006. My mom HAS NEVER HAD THAT ACCOUNT OPEN nor with that BANK. please be careful, what silitified it being a scammer was when I called back and (DAVID) whom left me the voicemail originally got defensive when I asked what's the abbreviation of LCS, he became defensive and aggressive. Specifically said he understood my question but is refusing to answer. That was my red flag warning.
