I purchased a new Iphone and bought a ring holder kick-stand by LAX Gadgets, and applied it to my phone. The next day while I was on a call, the adhesive let go and my phone crashed to the ground. The phone was only 2 days old and cost me $427. I had to replace it, and fortunately the replacement phone was around $100, so I contacted LAX Gadgets to report the problem and ask for a reimbursement of my replacement phone, but I never heard from them. I've contacted them 3 more times but still nothing. It's obvious to me that this company makes no attempt to satisfy a disgruntled customer.
