Advertised on Facebook was an adorable handmade doll. Choose the doll that had the same first name as mine. It was a gift to myself. Site was very professionally done. I had ordered from other businesses on FB during the holidays with no problem. Sent follow-up emails to “Customer Service” after long delay. Received very personable responses from a young lady, with proper spelling and grammar. After I sent 2nd email follow-up mentioning my frustration, etc., I received a shipping notice. Before I had received their shipping notice, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. It was paid through PayPal. I then received a “dollar store” type of doll. (Photos will be included.) It was horrible! I felt like such a fool. Found several other complaints online. Wish I had searched here first!
