The email stated that my Norton subscription had renewed and I would have $531.75 taken out of my bank account automatically within 24hours but if I WANTED TO CANCEL THE subscription for five years I would have to go to a website and fill out a form to cancel transaction. I never ask for this service. The email had customer ID number **************, order number ************* purchase LIFELOCK SECURE. The email also said please contact cancellation department immediately to discard order and receive a full refund @804-544-9796. The person I spoke with gave me a name of Kevin contact number (305) 454-4601. The websites were AnyDesk.ex, Aweray- remote_2.0.0.45399.x. Wanted me to fill out a Norton cancellation Form (30481) I THOUGHT THIS WAS A BUSINESS I DEALT WITH BUT REALIZED THAT IT WAS NOT. This happened on 06/13/2024
