On 2/26/23 I parked at a LAZ Parking lot, paid $8.41 for two hours. I later received a letter stating that I owed $87.00 for an expired ticket. I contacted the number that was provided to dispute the charge, I was willing to pay for the additional 30 minutes I went over. I was informed that even if I went over by a minute, I would be charge $87.00. I informed the Rep. that when I originally purchased the parking spot was there communication that I would be charged an excessive amount. This is not fair to paying customers, I cannot understand why a business would pull this tactic on their customers. I need some assistance with this matter.
