2 months ago. Never received. Made several attempts to email about my order. Received the same canned reply

Purchased two pairs of leggings on their website after reading numerous five star reviews about the product. Paid with my debit card and received a confirmation email. Two weeks later he I received fake tracking information after inquiring about where my package was. After confronting them about fake tracking information, they stopped responding. It’s been two months since I purchased these leggings and I have yet to hear back from support nor receive my package. Upon doing further research, I am not alone in this. Hundreds of reviews on Facebook and ScamPulse.com and other platforms across the internet note similar situations and never receiving their package. If they did receive their package, the are used items with holes in them rendering them unwearable. PayPal is issueing refunds to customers who have paid though their PayPal accounts; however, since I paid with my debit card, no refund has or will be issued on my behalf. I just want my money back and want this company to give the rest of their customers’ money back as well. This company should not be operating nor allowed to sell items. Not to mention, after purchasing my order, I received an email from them asking me to leave a 5 star review of their product and business and I would be reimbursed for the price of my shipping. This offer was to expire a week from my purchase date so, there is no way for me to accurately review their business or product since I didn’t not receive a product from them. They are giving money away to customers to write false product reviews to display on their website and third party review sites. This whole business is unethical and needs to be shut down.

I placed an order on December 25th, 2018. It is currently January 20th, 2019. I ordered the leggings advertised on Instagram. I paid the price as advertised, and then was charged an additional amount for international shipping, which WAS NOT advertised on day of ordering. I am out of almost 21.00. When placing inquiries about my order, I'm given the same email with a "ticket" number of my inquiry. When reading on the webpage, they claim it's the customer's responsibility to look into shipping issues, and they don't do refunds. They say the customer might have to reorder after 31 days. I will contact Instagram too, about who they let advertise on their webpage. Please use caution when ordering from this company.

I ordered from this company they took my money out of my account on the day of ordering and I never received my items and now they will not respond back to me. They are a scam just stealing people’s money.
