I ordered two items from lazy lullaby, before I checked online to look at the reviews, so unfortunately they took my money and I haven't gotten the product, despite emailing them several times, even telling them I do not want the product and I want a refund.

When you email their "customer service" they basically just give you the runaround, and you don't get any information about your shipment, no tracking number, nothing.
