Type of a scam Online Purchase
My order was on Dec. 6 2018, I never received the products I ordered. The automated tracking number they give you said it was shipped from Canada but the tracking number never works. I have tried multiple times to get them to refund me my order since when I ordered the items, it stated it would be to me by Christmas. I sent them an email regarding the tracking number issues and all i get is an automated email with a ticket number. They will not respond to issue, but will respond if its compliments. I have filed a dispute with PayPal on Jan. 7 2019 in regards to the transaction. I also sent the seller a final email stating my further actions if they do not refund or send me a visa gift card for the amount of $33.97 for the cost of the order Today Jan. 22, 2019. I have escalated my dispute through Paypal further since all I'm getting are automated responces with just a new case ticket number and nothing being done. I have also stated I will pursue legal action if they do not resolve the issue and just refund me the amount.
