Made order on there website gave them payment info sent me a tracking number with 718 tracking that didn't track nothing

This Palouse.net advertised on FB that they are selling magnetic blocks. The note about the company said it was US based company. When I placed an order I got a confirmation number and tracking number. I placed an order on March 17 and I have been emailing Vanessa at [email protected] since then. I did not receive the pouch magnetic blocks so ordered. Instead I got a plastic rubic cube that came in a small box with a note saying this is a thank you gift for patiently waiting for my order while it’s being fulfilled. When the order didn’t come I emailed them and they said it was a order mix up and they will correct it by sending a right order but it’s been months and I have dozen emails asking them for a refund. Last email said I was refunded and I will get back money based on exchange rate but to this day I have not received a single penny. I paid $49.80 for a set of plush magnetic blocks for my kids for their birthday but instead I got scammed

Nativity set purchased in January, order processed tracking number assigned. In Feb received a package of socks from seller. Been in contact since trying to get refund - keep saying an additional product is on way.

They offered car tires at a low $20. I bought 2. But not really I got scammed
