A woman named Jessica left me a voice mail stating that they're looking for (my name) and I need to call them now or I will be considered non-compliant and law enforcement will be dispatched to my address. Left a case number and phone number. This call is at 6p.m. After reading that this a debt collector for vehicles, I realized this is my exhusband's car issue from 20 years ago. Their client failed to have my exhusband garnished correctly and now their after me as a cosigner. I'm divorced now. Don't ever threaten me, give me a minute notice to return a call, and lie by calling me noncompliant if I don't. Back off and go find him.

A Paul Thoms called my cell AND my dads home number. He left a message saying that Leman Clark and Steele were suing me on behalf of Well Fargo Bank and that if I failed to contact them on the same day as their call, I would be in non compliance. I find it comical There is not nor has there ever been any debt owed by myself to Wells Fargo Bank; or any bank for that matter. I had an acccount with Wells Fargo in 2005. I closed my account with Wells Fargo in 2006/2007 because they were loaning their customers money (my money) to illegal aliens for purposes of buying property on American soil. It's the year 2024 as I write this. The statute of limitations on debt collection is 4 years. The statute of limitations on coearsed debt is 5 years. Lehman Clark and Steele are complete [censored] to even think I'd fall for their game. Lehman Clark and Steele, I look forward to recieving your [fradulant summons] so I can make you look like the fools that you are. *To anyone reading this: If you ever get a summons - even if you are 100% certain that you have no outstandig debt - it would be in your best interest to respond with your answer, in writing and within 30 days, to PREVENT losing by default judgement. Do your research and dont wste your time and money hiring an Attorney to fight for you or anything else you aren't even responsible for.

Threated court summons to put a lien on my personal belonging over a voluntary repo from 2000. Lady was very pushy and rude saying if i didn't pay I'd be in court the next morning before a judge to handle me costing me even more money. Called and scared bullied my family into giving her my number saying urgent emergency they had to communicate with me within 2 hours or else there would be a legal matter that could result in my imprisonment...horrible!!! Scare tactic!!!!

Tanya Richards was her name she was a monster! Lcs I'm reporting you and your company everywhere I car. This is illegal no one deserves to be treated, threated like me and my family by this lady or the company she works for. I wasn't sure if it was a scam I paid them on my bank card then contacted a attorney. What a nightmare

Hey there, my family is currently going through a very similar situation. My mom caved and gave Tanya Richards money (same email address but different phone number). Were you ever able to confirm this was a scam?

Thank you for your story. They tried calling me over a car repo in 2002. 22 years ago! They aren't going to be able to sue for a 22 year old debt in AZ that has been sold several times. Have fun with that! They want to squeeze anything out of the info they purchased, but have no legal means to do so, so they threaten you.
