I paid for products via a website that appeared authentic. The products were never received. I tried calling the number listed and found it did not work. I was also unable to submit a request through the website. I tried opening a case through PayPal, which was closed. PayPal took no action against the scammer. The scammer appears to be continuing to operate under the name of a legitimate company.
