This marketing company LeadPros LLC / Lead Pros LLC used someone else's name, Amp Mahmud, on a mailer sent to my address marketing Mortgage Protection Insurance. The letter is claiming there is a mortgage from a certain lender for the addressee (Amp Mahmud) and the address (my home). I do not know this Amp Mahmud person. Sounded like a scam reading the mailer with its citing a loan amount, the mortgage company, a mortgage ID and a number to call. I called the lender and there is no record of a loan on my property thank goodness. So the scam is the Lead Pros claiming there is a mortgage and to call, which is only a repeating automated message asking you to input the mortgage ID, then it captures your information inputs from there. I did not input anything but tried to bypass the auto-message. Never worked. I called the mortgage company's legal team and they are going to reach out to Lead Pros if they can identify a way to correspond with them. Please stay alert for these fraudsters.
