purchased a kitten from Downtown cattery whom contracted Leaders to deliver the kitten, leader first demanded a pet carrier for !500.00 then they contacted the next day telling me that the pet was stranded at O'hare and they had to have pet insurance costing $1990.00 before being allowed to proceed to final destination. Downtown cattery attempted to have me wire the funds to their account and guarantee my money refundable. actions of both must constitute wire fraud since funds wired to both?
