I did not call them, tho they said “please call us”. They didn’t provide a street address or zip code. Permit 457 on the card and underneath number 275452-2269-V6.

Received a blue postcard marked "Important Notice: Immediate Response Needed" regarding a previous home mortgage.

Received a postcard saying "IMPORTANT NOTICE: IMMEDIATE REPSONSE NEEDED" regarding a mortgage recorded on X date (this date was accurate). No branding or sender address listed at all, except in very tiny print at the bottom of the postcard, which says "All information provided by LeadPros, 833-454-2764. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by your current lender." They also provided a different number in the main body of their postcard: 844-608-0605. A quick Google of both of these numbers returned several pages of complaints on sites like this one, so I did not bother calling and am posting my experience as further caution to others that this scam is still circulating.

I used to be homeless, now I’m not. The fear tactics deployed here are cruel. EVERY TIME I see one of these I panic that my home will be taken from me. I’ve done everything right, I pay all my bills, and then I get one of these. Instantly I envision my children on the street, or taken away from me. I’ve done everything right and STILL someone is trying to bully me AS A SALES TACTIC. For shame!

The postcard said to call the number on the card and that there was an important issue regarding the mortgage. Called the mortgage company and the person working at the mortgage company said there was not anything going on with the mortgage. The postcard should be shredded. After reading the first line on the postcard, I then read the tiny wording at the bottom of the postcard. It said: 'loan information not provided to us by your current lender.' Always read the fine print.

Received this letter shortly after closing on house, saying we're entitled to their "low cost Mortgage Protection Life Insurance program". No company logos or labels anywhere except in fine print at bottom saying "on behalf of LeadPros LLC."

Received a notice with "IMPORTANT NOTICE: IMMEDIATE RESPONSE NEEDED". This is just a big scam. It says we have not taken advantage of their low cost mortgage protection insurance. In the fine print at the bottom of the letter, it states that by completing the form, we're providing our express written consent to receive emails, text messages, and phone calls from Lead Pros LLC and it's customers (including any licensed insurance agent or company to which Lead Pros LLC may provide our information). They say loan information obtained through public record, but we never expressed interest in their products, never heard of them, etc. Most importantly, there's no way on the letter to ask them to put us on a "Do Not Solicit" or "Do Not Share" list. The part that bothers me the most is their post card which notes name of our lender and mortgage number. This is a total breach of privacy.

Same as everyone else. Received a notice with "IMPORTANT NOTICE: IMMEDIATE RESPONSE NEEDED". This is just a big scam. I did a background check on the name Ray McClanahan, that -Old Geek provided on Aug. 10th 2022. It appears that Mr. McClanahan has what appears to be a rather shady past (see attached). Why can't our state and federal legislators get their crap together and pass a law prohibiting any business from contacting you when you have requested not to be contacted. The constant mail, emails and telemarketers is absolute non-sense.

I think this is the third one I’ve gotten. Number this time is 844-748-0405. Maybe the best thing would be to go after the postal service to pull their mailing permit. Mine was under Daytona Beach, FL (scams always in florida I swear) permit #457.

Postcard sent by mail it's a 100% mortgage phishing scam. Basically goes like this...
Your Name,
This notice is regarding your mortgage with YOUR BANK. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 855-778-4103 (could be one of any numbers they have, they buy them in blocks) as soon as possible.
Mortgage ID#8675309 (bogus number that could be anything, but never a real number from your actual mortgage)

If it's any consolation to anyone that does get scammed, I will be scambaiting them in the next couple weeks. If everything goes well I will delete all their files and folders on their network and disable every computer in their call center.

They try to trick you into giving deed specific information about your home. I'm a lower working class single mom of 5. I was facing homelessness when my ruthless slumlord landlord told me either buy the falling apart home or get out he wanted to sell not rent I had 30 days to pre-qualify or leave.. Grossly overpaid for the small, falling apart 3br house. Barely survived closing now after everything these scammers pounced on me and began trying to take my home less than a week after closing. From ruthless slumlord to house stealing scammers. Beware.

They don't list my mortgage company, and I only just closed on it 2 weeks ago on Friday. Mine says the information came from LeadPros, it also states that my loan information was not provided by my lender. I might as well sit back and ride the phishing wave especially if they're anything like the persistent car warranty extensions.

Kept getting notice that I took out a loan recorded Aug 1 2022 and I need insurance. Now it says my recently closed mortgage. Phone..855-439-8411

I received a post card that said, "This notice is regarding your mortgage with XX. (My mortgage company that I used before.) We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 844-777-1387 as soon as possible."

Because this mortgage was closed for a long time ago,I looked it up online to see if this post card is a scam. And it was.So I wanted to share this scammer's info with all other good civilians like me.

This company owner is Ray Mcclanahan. The profile shows Las Vegas, NV but I could not find the company registered as LLC in Nevada. This guy is obviously teamed up with scammers providing stolen personal information to scammers who send out post cards with urgent message about your mortgage. Back side is blank. Front side image is provided minus my name, address, and mortgage ID #.

I live in an area with a larger than normal elderly population and I know some would contact this number in panic thinking simmering was wrong.

I bought a home, and I get two letters day from these pirates. It has my mortgage company name on it, but it’s not them. This is a SCAM! The letters say return immediately and they are pink, and say important. They are decidedly not important.. Someone shut them down please. Save the trees.
