I ordered a computer desk with bookshelf and computer stand. The desk was listed as in stock. The desk I received was delivered a full month after it was ordered. The desk that was delivered weighted 25 lbs with packing material. The desk didn't include the bookshelf or computer stand. The desk was so lightweight it would not withstand the weight of a keyboard and my hands without flexing in the middle. The desktop specifications were 15mm in thickness, the desktop delivered was 33% thinner at 10mm. The company refused a refund because I opened the box for inspection and assembly. PayPal has to date not handled the claim I filed and has delayed resolution. The company sent email promising a $130 refund if I dropped the claim and I pay the freight to return the desk to china. This is a criminal operation, had I known they were in china and not stateside I would never had ordered from them.
