Attempted to order some product from the site. Site mentioned cryptocurrency as the only accepted payment method, given the nature of the product and it's recent legalization in NY. Upon completing the "checkout" process, instructions of who/where to send cryptocurrency popped up in an in-site chat window run by the site/business itself. Following the instructions and sending the currency lead to rude messaging calling me a "******* [censored]," and I was told that I would neither receive any product and there was no way to recover my cryptocurrency - they used the phrase "[censored] tax" when telling me this.
