Lean Start Keto diet product. Ad was very misleading concerning price. When I got a notice of the amount they were going to debit my account, I sent an immediate email telling them to cancel my order. They said it had already shipped (even though the order was placed the day before) and offered me a partial refund if I agreed to keep the product when it arrived. I agreed with this to avoid the aggravation of returning the product. The next month, I received another shipment even though no where in the original ad or order was a recurring order mentioned. I contacted the company again to request an immediate refund. We corresponded back and forth with no positive outcome. I was finally told that I could return the product at my expense and needed to provide them with a tracking number. They put a big emphasis on denying the refund if the package was damaged and in that event, I would have to file a claim with the delivery company. I felt like I was being set up for failure and they were going to claim “damaged”, in which case I would have neither the product OR my refund. Please look into this company’s deceptive practices and stop them from scamming other innocent victims. Thank you.

I've been the victim of annoyance orders for a little over a year. I typically receive an email for a product and then receive it later in the mail. I've reported instances to the United States Postal Inspection Service and have followed their recommended advice.

Today, I received another package in the mail. This one came out of the blue, as I have not received an email prior to the arrival. I did not order anything and I did not have anyone order it on my behalf. I am unsure why Lean Start Keto would send unsolicited products to my home, without notice or any real contact information (although I can find plenty online).

To the best of my knowledge, I was not charged for this (as I have no credit cards).

At midnight I received a notifcation from my bank stating that they declined a charge for $199.99 from Lean Start Ket7o. I've NEVER heard about this company nor attempted to make a purchase, yet I received an email from them stating that I ordered 3 months worth of keto pills and somehow they had my address that they were sending the pills to (even though the charge declined).

Email sent confirming an online purchase (total of $259.99) I never made for Lean Start Keto. I have never visited the website or interacted with this product before. When I called, they tried to offer me a "deal" to partially refund my money. When I refused they tried another "deal". They had no interest in the fact that I didn't even order the product. I threatened to contact the ScamPulse.com and then they said they would refund my money.

They offer a free bottle - then give credit card number for shipping and handling

Which wasn’t indicated that I was buying 5 bottles and then added 2 other bottles totaling 199.98

I have tried calling company no answer and then they charged my credit card again, so I have disputed charges and cancelled my credit card

The ad is for get a free bottle of Lean Start Keto. Then you are offered two other bottles for 39.95. After the purchase I discovered I had two charges one for $199 and then one for $60. After calling customer service I was advised it is 39.95 for each bottle. I filed a claim with my credit card agency and also cancelled my card. I am now waiting for a refund for the full order. Beware!

Was going to order $40.00 deal however after entering card information was charger$199.00. Luckily within 10 minutes my bank caught the transaction and called me before I could reach the company. I was on hold for customer support for more than 30 minutes when I decided this would be a better route to take. Hopefully this helps other people not to be scammed. when I finally got to a representative and asked for a supervisor I was put on hold twice and she said she couldn't find one.

I ordered from this company through a commercial, it had shark tank advertising and then the bottles in sets of packages you could buy.

On the web site right before you order, it gives you a coupon to get detox bottles as well, no option to refuse the money they charge you for it. I was livid knowing I just got charged 160.00 for 2 bottles of keto and the detox I did not want.

I called and they refunded me 100.00 but only sent me detox.

The next time, yes I fell for it again. I called them and told them I only wanted two bottles of the keto, I got them for 100.00 that was last week.

I was charged. Then today I received 7 bottles of keto only to find out they charged me 199.00.

No where on the web site does it say it’s a subscription. Also after calling them they said they would refund partial payment in 3-5 business days, they canceled my account and then I asked about that advertisement shark tank how it only says you need to take one a day.

The bottle says 2 capsules 3 times a day.

The lady replied take one in the morning and one in the evening. ? Why tell someone differently than what the bottle says?

Then I asked for the address there, she said they were not allowed to disclose that answer. I told her I was contacting bbb then she gave me this address.

My problem with this is that they don’t tell you it’s a monthly payment or does it look like the commercial that they advertise.

Then her not wanting to give me the address along with where to send it back is a problem.

I also wonder if you had an underlying condition that it could be harmful or deadly.

They don’t have any directions on the bottle about that.

Please look into this.

You might save a life or someone’s money.

Lean start keto is nothing but a scam.

They use shark tank as their backed by.

They advertised 36.00 per bottle, I ordered one and they charged me monthly now 199.99 each time automatically. They can’t be reached.

I called to cancel the product once ordered. Was told it couldn't be cancelled, but I could send it back once I received the order. I called back to speak to customer service and was given an address, reference number, return code, and all the information to include on my return. Once at the post office, the clerk notified me that the PO Box wasn't valid. She found a way to send it anyway and was told we could try it. The product was again sent back to my house. I called back to confirm address to return product and was told that what I had was correct and to cooperate with the post office. I said I just want to send the product back so I can get a refund.
