I ordered magic practice copy book 4 pack $34, with extra pens $8 Sept 27th 2021. I was charged $45.97 and it’s almost been a year and I still haven’t received it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. But I don’t even use that same credit card I used to buy this product

I ordered products from this company in Oct 2021. I didn't receive my products so I emailed the company. They emailed me back saying my products were on their way and gave me a link to track my order. The link didn't work. I emailed the company multiple times and they were never able to give me a status update on the order and they would not refund me. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a credit from my credit card company in Feb 2022. Learning Crab recharged me for the item in March 2022 so I had to dispute this second charge for products that I never received. I am no longer able to access Learning Crab's website. It appears to be shut down.

I placed my order back on October 15, 2021 and it is now March 2022 and never received anything from Learning Crab. I emailed them in November asking about my order to which they did reply but never received anything. Do not buy anything from these scammers!

I ordered multiple educational items for my child over 6 months ago and still have never recieved them. I was in contact with someone from learning crab via email, and they continued to tell me that the products had shipped, bug the tracking number they gave me was always invalid. I was charged for the product, never recieved it, and customer service is a dead end.

I ordered books and pens on October 5, 2021 and still have not received them and it’s now the end of February. They said items have shipped and sent a tracking number that doesn’t work. They refused to give me a refund and haven’t even bothered to respond to my last email. And of course, there’s no customer service phone number. I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

Brough two children's learning to write print books and four ✏️✏️✏️✏️ but never received anything.

Was ordered 5 October 2021.

I have asked for a reply but they don't seem to exist but they did give me tracking number which turned out to be a FAKE NUMBER.

They don't respond to my query or refund my money but they were so QUICK to scam me.

I ordered books direct from the Learning Crab website, for my grandson Oct. 2021, paid to have it expedited, received a tracking number, couldn't locate the package, sent 4 emails to the supplier - HEARD NOTHING.

The products are even listed on Amazon.

Don't buy anything from these guys. The price point of their products allows for an easy scam. They don't think people will come after them because the money is nominal.

Money is money. Keep yours in your wallets. AVOID buying anyting.

Placed an order early in October that I haven’t received it to this date. I’m really furious bc they last told me that my order is on its way, and blaming the current world event. scammers targeting parents wanting to better their kids.

I've been waiting for more than 4 months I think it's a robbery I'm very upset ??

I ordered products from this company last October. I didn't receive my product so I emailed the company. They emailed me back saying my products were on their way and gave me a link to track my order. the link didn't work. I still didn't receive my order 2 weeks later so I emailed them again. I never heard back from them. I reported them to my bank and had the charges reversed. When my bank contacted learning crab the bank was told that my products were delivered to me. The bank reversed the reversal. I was charged for a product I never received and I have no way of getting ahold of this company now. It seems that they have shut down their website. When I went back on instagram and facebook to see if others had this experience, I saw nothing but complaints. A few people received a broken (not as advertised) product, but most people had the same experience I had.

I placed an order for 12 of these books and refills for the pens back in October, which I have never received. I am a teacher, and ordered these for my Pre K students! I got a shipping confirmation, and have been waiting patiently, understanding that they would be coming from China. I thought that perhaps they were stuck on a ship out in the Pacific, but finally decided to ask for a refund. Their email does not exists! What a surprise! ???. Not only am I out Ofer a $100, but I am extremely angry, because I feel like my little students were also scammed. Not cool!

Due to some current restrictions because of the pandemic we are experiencing, not to mention the holiday season is just around the corner as well are just some of the factors that might be causing the delay with your order. As much as we want to speed things up for you, shipping delays are beyond our control at this time. You can use the following information I have provided to track your order.

I am still waiting and it is Jan 27 2022.
I just sent another email to state I want my money back, but since seeing this reporting site I realize that's not going to happen.
Scammed for 45.97 US So angry!

I placed an order for Learning Crabs lettering reusable books on the 29th Sept 2021 allowing plenty of time for a Xmas gift. Now almost Feb 2020. After 2 queries, NOTHING! Is this pathetic service or a scam?

I purchased the book for my kindergartner in October. $37. I would check on status and they would reply. Then they stopped replying to my email together. I went to “check my order”, and their website says: we’ll be back soon”. Yup, my money was stolen

Ordered from their pop up ad October last year. Have heard not received anything despite numerous emails. Reviews are all BS obviously.

Bought a few "books." They sent me a bogus shipping number that never shipped. They emailed me a few times then ghosted me. Don't buy! Don't waste your time or money!

Hi,

Upon me looking at my previous bank statements from the past several months, I’ve noticed a strange, fraudulent, unauthorized, and peculiar transaction that occurred on September 29, 2021. Therefore, I am reporting an unauthorized charge/transaction made by the Learning Crab company. I have no clue who these people are. Not only did they fraudulently take my money, but I also have not received one item, product, or service from this transaction.

I saw this legitimate looking advertisement on Facebook of some books that help with kids learning to write and the ink with the included pen vanishes after a certain amount of time. There was a “limited time offer deal” of 50% off or something like that. So I ordered 4 books for $35 on October 15th. I got my tracking number for my package pretty quickly and it is through the China Post. I thought this was odd and I wish I had known before hand because of the shipping issues going on from Asia. I waited for the tracking number to update location but it never did. It kept saying it wasn’t in the system. So I contacted the company through their website. I waited a few days and no answer. So I message them on Facebook. No answer. I email them again on October 28 telling them I have been trying to contact them a lot with no answer and want to know where my package is. They responded the same day:

“Thank you for reaching out to us at the Learning Crab! We sincerely apologize for any delay you've experienced, and we appreciate the patience you've afforded us. I am happy to let you know that your purchase has been shipped and is currently en route. We kindly remind you that it takes between 1-5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, stamped, and delivered to the shipping company. This depends on the number of orders placed on the same day as yours. Nevertheless, a tracking number has been generated and you should have received a separate email with this information. For your further reference, you can use the following shipping details:

This was frustrating to me because I had already waited several business days. So I emailed them again on Nov 13 saying that I feel I have given the tracking number plenty of time to update but it hasn’t. Their response on Nov 15:

“ This is your support team at Learning Crab, we hope today has been beautiful for you! I am sorry to hear you have yet to receive this order. I apologize for the delay and frustration this experience has caused you. We have recently learned that our tracking numbers are not being updated accurately and only show the tracking information once the order has been marked as delivered and we are making the necessary changes to resolve this issue. And yes your order may have been handled from an offshore fulfillment center and en rout from china. Please rest assured your order is well on its way despite the lack of updates on the tracking number. Don't hesitate to reach out with any additional concerns and questions as I am always here to assist you. Thank you for your unending patience regarding this delivery. Have a wonderful rest of your day!”

On the same day I email them back saying I want a refund. They respond on Nov 16:

“ This is your support team at Learning Crab, we hope today has been beautiful for you! I am sorry to hear you have yet to receive this and for the negative experience, this experience has caused you. We sincerely hope you can understand and afford us a bit more of your patience through this delivery as our system limits us from processing cancellation/refunds for parcels that are still in transit. We will be happy to process this for you upon the parcel's delivery and return. Thank you so much for understanding. Don't hesitate to reach out with any additional concerns and questions as I am always here to assist you. Thank you for your unending patience regarding this delivery. Have a wonderful rest of your day!”

So I have to receive this product that I don’t even think is going to arrive to get a refund. After waiting over a month with a bogus tracking. I haven’t even brought up the customer photos on their Facebook page of all the misspellings in their books. I did email them back the same day and have not received an answer. It’s now November 23 and I still don’t have my books.

Oh and that big sale that they said was only going to last a few hours? That’s bogus too. Because I checked on random days and they have the same sale, same sale timer on the website page counting down to the “end of the deal.”
