Kevin Williams is a scam artist posing to work with a fictitious company names Lease2Own LLC. He claims he works with an investor named Greg Oliver & an assistant named Rachel, he finds home for sale to put fake contracts on. All for the purpose of finding renters who would like to lease to own homes & require them to send large down payments to him. This man has no intention of purchasing these homes or providing a place to live for these renters. DO NOT wire, mail, or paypal him any money. He has been running a number of schemes for years across the U.S. under a list of names & companies. If you have any information on this man contact the Leawood, KS Police department.
