A few coworkers were going to rent a particular house at 261 Prescott Ct in Georgia. They keep a nice house to showcase and when we decide to go through with the application process, we had to pay the fee. They made sure to say it was non refundable. As soon as we were about to close the deal, they canceled on us saying that the property is no longer available. All the while knowing they have our personal information and money. They also sent a text saying that we can view the other properties on their list. Non of which are remotely desirable. They know this. This is a home being used to scam people out of their application fee while having totally undesirable homes to rent or sell. They also state in a text that we have 30 days to apply my application fee to another property. This is a well thought out scam. There were two of us who are being told we will not get our refund.
