I ordered what I thought were blanket hoodies on sale. A month later they still didn’t show and I asked for a refund, suddenly my package was marked as delivered yet no package, and now I’m fighting for a refund with an automated system that says I’ll get it in 15-25 days, and I haven’t received a refund at all. I’ve tried putting in a dispute with my bank, to which they went back to the merchant that scammed me in the first place, and the merchant told them that I did get my refund..but there’s clear proof that I didn’t get it as you can see the transactions in my account says nothing about getting a full refund from them, just a $5.79 refund on November 18th. I put the dispute in with my bank on November 22nd a as that had marked a month since I placed the order. They said it was going to be shipped my FedEx, to which is wasnt, and probably never existed at all in the first place.
