A&A texts and calls me and my daughter leaving messages that I need to call them about a claim.

When my attorney (who is also my husband) spoke to them they refused to give any information and said have a good day and hung up.

What concerns me as that they texted, and called me. Then called my daughter leaving a message w the claim number and a threat that if I didn’t call immediately it would become a legal matter.

This is location specialist Mary Beggs calling you for a final time in reference to a pending claim. I have contacted you trying to get your name off the filing that is soon to become public record. I will be over to your home and job within the next hour to gain your signature to help move this filing along. You do have the legal right to contact the filing party prior to my arrival. The scammer left a voicemail msg: I am location specialist David Adams calling today in ref that pending claim by law, I have to make you aware that once this claim is filed, it becomes public record. Your name and social are affiliated with this claim. You need to contact the filing party before I report at your home and job with your documents. You do have a legal right to contact the filing party. Their numnber is 855-775-8442. Good luck. You have been notified.
