I said that is not an address for me. She said to call (888) 672-3488 and give them my file number and they could make other arrangements, the file number was my first and last initial, followed by *****. She asked if I had a pen and paper, I said I could just type it on my laptop to save - she asked me to repeat it back to her. I did.
She ended the call with wishing me luck haha.
I called the number so I could get more information for you reading this.
A guy who sounded like a typical Michigan 20 something answered and said they were "Lincoln Management"
Gave him the case #, he asked if I had court documents in front of me - I said no. He sounded perplexed on how I got this number, I explained the woman gave it to me.
He asked me to verify the last 4 of my social security number. I gave him a fake last four.
He said " Oh your last 4 is not matching up with this person, they must have the same name as you." I asked how my cell phone number would be associated with a different person? And I then pretended to sound confused myself. He said the documents they were sending are for someone else with the same name.
