I sent payment for some ammo that was over 300.00. I never received my order. Order was placed two months ago. I have tried to contact by phone and was able to get one response that read, "Be patient", and now I'm not getting anything. I lost my money.

Thank you to all who have written and reported this company. Although I had place an order, I was able to terminate my Zelle transaction before it cleared saving me over $400. I should have known better. Fishy pay in advance terms. No credit cards or PayPal. No confirmation of payment. Sending them a confirmation of payment instead. And some random guy's email address to send the payment to -- ALL RED FLAGS!

Company asks for cash payment via CashApp or Zelle in advance. Sends you an individual's email account. No confirmation or receipt issued. Doesn't respond to 'contact us' inquiries. Numerous others have never received their ordered products after payment. I was fortunate enough to have been able to terminate my Zelle payment before it cleared -- thanks to ScamPulse reviews. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH LEGAL-GUNSMOKE. A COMPLETE SCAM

I ordered a firearm and paid $429.00 by Cashapp on Monday 10/05/2020. They sent a email saying that i would receive tracking details within 24 hrs and that's the last i have heard from them. All emails, phone calls and texts have gone unanswered. This place is a Total Scam, stay away from them.

TOTAL Scam, dont use CashApp as you will lose your money. After my purchase I revived and email to confirm address, followed by another asking to pay an additional $400 thru CashApp as a "refundable insurance". Oh that sounds legit? well no resonce from legal-gunsmike.com and the shipper wont reply either. This is a TOTAL scam and you will lose your money. I'm out over $800. Dont let this happen to you.

I bought this 4 weeks ago and it feels great if you have small hands. The site is nice and bright. Only complaint is the magazines are loose after firing 50 rounds through it.

Website is back up, It was down for a day and emails were kicked back as non deliverable. After repeated calls and texts I did get a text back...” Please was your order number and when did you make the payment” ...” Ok we will check with you okay”
Who knows where this scam is even being done from. And yes I should have seen the red flags but thought cash app vetted this retailer and would help if I had an issue. No such luck, lesson learned. I did report them on the US government cyber crime site and provided all the info and communications.

TOTAL SCAM, website taken down now. On cash App he is Michael Jeffrey Giroux , do not do business with them or him. No response after they take the cash. I'm out $447.77 on an ammo purchase.

Website is not taken down and still is active. I placed an order then got to the page where it asks you to pay with the cash app or bit coin so those were my first two red flags. I do t know how anyone would pay after seeing this without verifying that they are for real.

Either way, why do you say the site is taken down when it is up and running with no issues?

This company is a fraud and so is the logistics company they are associated with. I purchase a firearm through them. They never delivered and the shipping company they deal with wanted 400 dollars for so called insurance. The California fraud dictions should be investigating this company(s). I am out over 400 dollars for the firearm. Never company responds to requests and I suspect both are fraudulent companies working out of someone’s garage.

This site advertises firearm & ammunition sales, but is apparently also involved in marijuana sales. I placed an order for rifle ammunition. I was then contacted & asked to pay by bitcoin; through Cash app, to ?user: $davidalan2020.

The following day, Microsoft notified me that there was suspicious activity on my Microsoft account. I went to the legitimate Microsoft account and verified that there had been suspicious activity, and it was confirmed. This makes sense, since I was required to give my email at the time of ordering.

Legal-smoke’s “admin” ([email protected]) also sent me an email, asking that I take a screenshot of my payment & send it to [email protected].

I did not do this and they never responded when I questioned their legitimacy. Please stay far away from this company.
