Called saying I owed a balance on a payday loan from 2012. And would resolve the matter if a settlement payment was made. They had previous address, old email and last 4 of social security number. I never took a loan out that year and did not live at the address they say I took it from. Total scam, please get these [censored] off the streets.

Got a call from a Kevin Reynolds from Legal Mediation Services saying that I had restitution owed for a Cash Advance Loan. If I didn't pay in full further action would be taken and a warrant for my arrest. When I said I felt this was a scam they continued with same information; until I mentioned an attorney and Pennsylvania State Police would be notified of this.

I have received several phone calls from this "place" stating that my wife has 2 class E felonies being charged on her because she supposedly took out 2 loans on a closed bank account. We all know that in order to take out a loan on a checking account the account has to be active and in good standing. They state that if I or my wife pays something in the bal park of 850 dollars the issue will be resolved and no farther action will be taken. We have had 2 or 3 other calls like this from other companies and I am getting a little bit tired of these types of trash trying to steal my hard earned money. Please help.

I received a message from Jessie Thomas who works at Legal Mediation Services about a case that if I didn't pay the balance, then the case would be sent to the court in my county. I called and they told me a judge has posted bond on my account for basically 1,000% of what my balance was. I told them I would try to pay my balance and would call them back in 20 mins. I called back i which they transferred me to the processing center a person name Karen Washington. She proceeded to tell me that I would not be able to use my credit card, I would have to go into the bank, and send a transfer. I then asked for the contact information of the company which they told me 100 Congress Ave Austin TX. I called the building and the building's security department had no knowledge of them being a tenant in that building. He then called the company and inquired about their location and they hung up in him.

Legal Mediation Services / Alternative Financial Services. Phone 859-208-0826. Tried to get me to pay them over $1,800 for a personal loan that I never took out under the name of *** ***. I had to hang up they were trying to get personal information stating I had told them my information and refused to send me any documentation on said loan. Had all old information from over 6 years ago. Said there was a case that was charged off in July 22, 2014. Told me to contact the court in Middleton, Idaho to process a motion of discovery and said they had sent information to an email address that I have never had. We do not have a court in Middleton, Idaho.
