I continued to be called by a company stating they are called Legal Mediation Services. They stated that I have legal "fraud" charges against me for an old bank account I used to have. I didn't give any information and asked for a case number. He told me I could stop proceedings by paying $786.00 today to him.The gentleman, who wouldn't give me his name, refused to give me a case number, I asked again, stating that if there was a case against me, there would be a case number. He then got angry with me and told me that there was a warrant out for my arrest and that I was going to jail. He then hung up on me.
