Called stating his name was Scott Matthews from Legal Services in Allegheny County, stating that I have been charged with Larceny and theft by deception for a single check. They've called almost everyone I know and have been harassed by them. someone please help. this could not pertain to me. They say a court appearance is necessary, however if there were a warrant it would show in the local county database.
