was contacted by this number with claiming to be bill collector regarding an outstanding bill I had. I thought it was legit, had no reason to think otherwise, they claimed to be the merchant and knew my balance of account. I set up a payment plan and was informed that by July 2016 I would have it paid in full, I had 78.01 withdrawn from my account twice a month since 11/2015 when I originally set it up. I called the merchant on June 30 to inquire what date was my last payment since I had no paperwork with that information only to find out that that I still have the entire balance outstanding and no payment has been made and was told that they did not call me and was told it sounds like a fraudulent case. I attempted to call the number to legaldbt however i could never get an answer, I went to file a claim with my bank and they attempted to contact that number as well however no success either. I am beside myself to think I was scammed by someone. I need to somehow recover my loss. This company needs to be brought to the forefront and needs to be caught and stopped from scamming others of their hard earn money such as myself.
