The scammer from LegalidadGlobal.com targeted immigrants through social media ads on Instagram impersonating CCUSA, then reached out to the victim through WhatsApp with a fictitious immigration law firm. Once the victim responded, the scammer passed along contact information for attorney and finance staff.
