Sounds like someone impersonated them and there website. You SHOULD always make sure the web browser has the correct address in it before processing with any payments... Now that is said...Really Legendary Are you actually using Venmo as your payment system? You can't even make a Paypal? If that's true hmmm sorry but that's a little odd. Make business transactions as legit online as you guys are physically here in Phoenix. I personally know the actual physical shop is very perfesional and helpful. Any way. My 4 cents..

Do not buy from Legendary Gun Shop. It is a scam to get your money through Zelle and never send any items. They will send an email with shipping information (which is also false) and next ask for more money to cover insurance for the firearm. The 3rd email will ask for money ($2000.00) for a City Permit to proceed with firearm delivery. By the way, they promise to give all money back (except cost of item) after the firearm is delivered.
BEWARE: Buy from a known seller with a true address and use credit card.

Great local gun shop. Very friendly staff. Very professional. Helpful. Have a great selection of knives too! Tons of shortgun, ammo, bow equipment, magazines, accessories, etc. If you cant find what you need in here, they will try to order it for you. Easily accessible in Sarasota . Highly recommended!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

We got scammed out of $900!

This company requires you to pay for your purchase using the Venmo App (my son did not know he should not use that method of payment for online purchases. They will take your money then delete their profile. Lesson learned!). This company will absolutely take your money and run! They have a computer generated phone number and will not answer their phone. You do have the option to chat with them. Someone will come on but as soon as you mention that you want a refund, they will completely ignore you. Once you place your order, they will send you a fake tracking number. It will say it’s been shipped and You can ‘track’ your package. A few days before your package is due to ‘arrive’, you will get a text from a shipping company called Fiinex (oh, also a SCAM!). Fiinex is going to demand that you send them $599 for shipping insurance. If you refuse to pay the $599, they threaten to cancel your order. (Not that there was anything that was actually going to arrive anyway!). We texted back and forth with this Fiinex person, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. This was the first clue that my son had been scammed, was after he received the text message from Fiinex. Oh, Fiinex also has a computer generated number. Then My phone rang and a California number pops up. I answered it and it was someone speaking very broken English with a Spanish accent. He asked me why I called him. I told him he called me. I explained that I am the one he is texting with. Again, was extremely rude and demanded money. I could hear kids and dogs in the background. This was not a business, this was a private person, a SCAMMER.

Venmo can not reverse the payment and my son is out $900.

DO NOT BUY from Legendary Gunshop's website. It is a total scam. They use a fake street address, a proxy phone number, and only want non-protected forms of payment. They pretend to offer many types of firearms at discount prices. When you are ready to make a purchase, your only payment options are Bitcoin, Zelle, or other direct payment apps. No credit card options. After making a "purchase", you will receive an e-mail stating that your order will be processed after money has been received. Immediately, you will receive a text message with urgent instructions to send money (Bitcoin, Zelle, etc) to an arbitrary person, like "Jon Marshall." They will be quick to respond via text, but will never speak to you in person. If you're tricked into sending real money, they will end communications or continue lying to get more money out of you. You will never receive your product, and it's unlikely you'll be reimbursed for the scam (hence their preference for non-protected forms of payment). Stay away from Legendary Gunshop at all costs. I was scammed by Peacemaker Gunshop, and these guys run the exact same formula.

How can that be possible? I successfully received my firearm which i ordered for. I paid using Zelle transfer and after 3 business days, my product was shipped. Please this guys are professionals i know. Thanks
