A pop-up message on computer screen stating my system had been infected by a virus and I could lose my financial records, email could be hacked. System was endangered, Phone above phone number to protect my system. I asked 3 different times if they were Microsoft and was told they were a branch of Microsoft that handles this problem. The pop-up message was deleted by them. The are now emailing me to sign a contract. They have called me twice since the first contact. I have talked to Microsoft and verified this was a scam/fraud. I have completed Microsoft scam report also.
