I purchased some clothes from this company and paid for them through PAYPAL. I received the clothes in February 2024 and they were the wrong size. Since the company stated on website they had free return shipping I tried to contact them. I tried through PAYPAL, email, and phone. I never received any response back of any type except for autogenerated. I then tried to file a complaint with PAYPAL. They stated the company said I received the items and PAYPAL closed the case. I know I received the items, I’m trying to return them. Upon further inspection online I have realized this company’s address looks like a big shipping warehouse and the person that bought the website is in Canada. I have also found numerous other complaints like mine with the exact some outcome.
