I saw an ad on Facebook to purchase reduced price Lego. I had obviously been targeted based on my recent browser history. I made the purchase and received a confirmation email and even a USPS tracking number.

About 2-3 days later I checked the website I bought from and the site was down with a 'sorry this shop is currently unavailable' message (It has been like this since the purchase).

I did receive a USPS delivery confirmation message though, however did not receive anything from them and when I followed up with USPS there was no insurance so they couldn't follow up on it.

I then followed up with Paypal as a dispute, but they said that as the courier recorded as 'delivered', my dispute was declined.

So I am out of pocket with no product to show for it.
