I ordered a dress, feeling ok after seeing their '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' and listed 'Easy Returns and Exchanges'. Even though the company/ customer service says it's in California, the merchandise came from China. That was my first red flag. When it came, the dress was too small and made out of a very inferior fabric that felt like burlap. I contacted the company to inquire about returning (or even exchanging) the dress, only to be told that any 'discounted' merchandise was not eligible. Here's the catch- ABSOLUTELY EVERY ITEM ON THEIR SITE is marked up, then 'discounted'. So every item they make is final sale even though that is listed nowhere. I cannot even take the loss and exchange for a bigger size with an uncomfortable dress.
