Purchased a gift card from Walgreens - went to use it and there were already transactions purchased on it. When I reached out to creditor about it they originally told me these funds were to placed to hold until the funds received merchant for original purchase of giftcard. Then the hold would go off and funds would be available again withing 7-10 business days. Then 2 days later the creditor changed their story and the transaction detail updated to a different name. So original detail from Lemon Retail to Lemon Softpry Inc. I cannot find any information on this business other than bizapedia. They opened in March 2022 in Colorado and are in good standing. There is no phone # listed.

How are you supposed to dispute a unauthorized transaction and try to get your money back if you cannot find the company any where. I have another one just like this but a different company. But still in Colorado.
