After arriving to the location and taking the vehicle for a test drive, the scammer assured me that the vehicle was in good condition and that everything worked well. He even offered me his number and told me to call if I needed help and had his dad come out to help me too. I took this all at face value unfortunately and it wasn't until after I paid that I noticed all the small things wrong with the vehicle that he failed to mention. He said the Navigation System wouldn't turn on due to simple wiring that he would be willing to do if I ever wanted him too. But it wasn't until I ahd already paid that I noticed the locks didn't work. As I had already paid and was already home I figured this was something I could deal with later. I knew it was a used vehicle and things would be wrong with it. So I didn't mind the worn out engine mounts that would need to be replace or the warped brake pads that would need to be replaced as well. What I feel like is unfair not disclose was that the electrical system of the vehicle was so badly damaged that my mechanic had to ask me if the car had ever been flooded and that was never disclosed to me. The vehicle was sold to me with faulty engine mounts, damaged brake pads, and an electrical system so badly damage that the doos can't lock with the button, the navigation system wont work, and the obd port wont provide power.
