Type of a scam Online Purchase
I contacted them about a month after I had ordered it via return email ( [email protected]) and said I had not received it yet. First of all they said be patient. After I waited a few weeks, I contacted them again and they replied Dec. 28/20 that it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. LZ501528163CN. The number didn't exist at that time. When I contacted them again in early January, they gave me the same tracking number again. When I tracked it, it showed it was delivered Dec. 31. I told them I did not receive it that day. They said I had to contact the post office for more information. I received a package in the mail on the date they said it was delivered. So when I checked with the post office, they said they delivered the package. I have attached a picture of a funnel (a 10 cent item) that was delivered instead of the Snow Joe that I ordered. As you can see, this is not a snow joe. I emailed them again and showed them a picture of the funnel. They replied "Hello there Your package has been delivered. Didn't you receive it? Tracking number; AS153928364CN If you have not received it, you need to contact the local post office to check for you. Well that was a different tracking number and when I checked it, it was not a valid number according to the post office. This is a total scam and I can't seem to get any kind of satisfaction. I guess, as people always say, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I am not sure what else I can do to get any help but I will certainly try to get it out there, that this is a scam!!! Also there was link to their store, on their initial email where they informed me that my order has been shipped. When I clicked on the link, I got a 404 error message (sorry, this shop is currently unavailable). Also on their initial email was this info: "Need Assistance? Talk to us. We'll do everything we can to make sure you love your experience with us. Have any questions or feedback? Contact us at [email protected]?This email was sent by ?lemonpomelo-com?" I have received no satisfaction at all. Sorry this is so long
