Once I called and spoke to Jerry...he sounded of an India decent...After giving him verification of who I was...he transferred me to someone name Kevin Scott...he also was of India origin. I asked what state he is in and he said Florida. What made me stop the conversation...I asked him to spell his name and I heard someone in the background who spelled it for him. I then told them I would like to check this out with BBB...and they immediately said your loan is cancelled sir. I did give them some important info about my bank...and I am worried...what should I do now.
