The scammer named Nancy Brown sent an email to me ([email protected]) and called me from (619) 901-0151 on June 17, 2024 stating I was approved for a loan for $18,000 from Lending Tree, Inc. Gave me a Loan Number (CM/962584790) and advised me to send money to receive 4 MTCN tracking numbers through Western Union and receive the loan. I never received any loan and she was very adamant in me sending money to her to get this loan. I have sent $3,350 to her and advised her to refund my money back once I caught on to her scam. She stated it would take 30-45 business days to get the refund and I would have to pay for an activation fee to get my money back.
