This person said he [email protected] has approved my loan. He got my S.S no# and bank account no#. When I saw it a scam it was to late. So I'm reporting to you all. The scammer no# is 806-416-0975 l want to get the Law enforcement in this to. Thank you.

I was applying for a short term loan to help with bills, and this person who texted me and claimed himself to be Nick Huffman from (806) 305-8127 and said he was with lending point and said that I had been approved for $5000 in order for them to deposit into my account after he had already taken all of my information including my bank account information and my Social Security number he said that they were deposit a small amount of money into my checking account and then I would have to send it back to them using cash app or some card from the Dollar General or loves store and then I knew something was wrong. I received an email from a David Anderson at the email address above and it looked so generic so I looked the address up and found the company that they were in using their address called and confirmed that they didn’t do not work for this company and the companies name was not lending point at all. The company I called that they use their address for was courtesy loans services. They did not disclose how much money that they would want to put into my account and for me to send back then they would send me my loan amount of $5000. The. He had someone else call me. My caller ID said Dave Davison, so I’m not sure if that is exactly who it was, but I did not answer and that number was (806)-416-0816 and there was another number that called me as well in my color ID said William Huffman that number was (806)-416-0975
